AI ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

GamesHive and its related products, websites, mobile applications, games, software tools, and AI-powered services, collectively referred to as the "Apps," may provide users with access to creative tools, editing tools, mobile games, web services, and generative artificial intelligence features.

These features may allow users to create, edit, enhance, transform, or generate content including, but not limited to, images, videos, avatars, characters, templates, animations, text, sound, music, and other digital media using artificial intelligence ("AI") tools. These AI tools may be owned, operated, or developed by GamesHive, or may be provided by third-party AI service providers.

This AI Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what users may and may not do when using our Apps and AI features. This AUP forms part of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, and any other applicable policy referenced in our Apps or websites.

By using any GamesHive App, website, game, AI feature, subscription service, credit-based feature, or generated output, you agree to comply with this AUP.

This AUP applies to all users, whether they use our Apps for free, through a paid subscription, through in-app purchases, through credits, or through any other access method.

We may enforce violations of this AUP at our discretion. Violations may result in warnings, blocked generations, removal of content, suspension, termination of access, cancellation of access to AI features, account restrictions, legal action, and reporting to relevant platforms, service providers, or authorities where required.

We may update this AUP from time to time by posting a revised version on our website or inside our Apps. Any updates will become effective when posted, as reflected by the "Last Updated" date above.

1. General Use Requirements

Users must use the Apps and AI features in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, app store rules, and third-party service provider rules.

You are responsible for:

• The content you upload.
• The prompts you submit.
• The images, videos, audio, or other media you provide.
• The AI-generated outputs you create.
• The way you save, share, publish, advertise, or commercially use generated content.

You must not use the Apps or AI features in a way that harms others, violates rights, creates unsafe content, misleads people, or abuses our systems.

2. Prohibited Use

Users may not use, nor allow any third party to use, the Apps or AI features for any of the following purposes:

• To violate any law, regulation, platform policy, or third-party rights.
• To compromise the privacy, safety, identity, or security of another person.
• To track, monitor, identify, or profile individuals without lawful permission.
• To share, expose, or misuse personal information without consent.
• To create or expand facial recognition databases without proper consent.
• To categorize, classify, or infer sensitive attributes of individuals using biometric data, including race, religion, political opinions, health status, sexual orientation, or similar sensitive traits.
• To exploit vulnerabilities related to age, disability, financial condition, social status, or personal circumstances.
• To manipulate, deceive, pressure, or mislead people in a way that may cause harm.
• To impersonate real people, public figures, brands, companies, or organizations without permission.
• To present AI-generated content as human-generated where such disclosure is required by law, platform rules, or context.
• To use AI outputs in regulated fields without proper professional review, including medical, legal, financial, educational, employment, insurance, housing, or government-related decision-making.
• To compromise security, gain unauthorized access, bypass restrictions, or interfere with computer systems, networks, apps, accounts, or services.

3. Illegal, Dangerous, and Harmful Activities

Users may not use, nor allow any third party to use, the Apps or AI features to create, generate, edit, distribute, promote, or support content that:

• Encourages terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or organized crime.
• Encourages self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, or harm against individuals or groups.
• Provides instructions for illegal activities.
• Supports the creation, distribution, or use of weapons, explosives, controlled substances, illegal goods, or harmful materials.
• Creates, distributes, or promotes malicious code, phishing, spyware, malware, hacking, or unauthorized surveillance.
• Promotes, markets, or sells weapons, weapon accessories, explosives, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, or unlawful services.
• Generates hateful, abusive, harassing, bullying, threatening, humiliating, or discriminatory content.
• Attacks or degrades people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, disability, age, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Depicts or promotes animal cruelty, abuse, torture, or exploitation.
• Generates graphic violence, gore, or content inspired by real acts of violence.
• Promotes unhealthy, dangerous, or unrealistic body image standards in a harmful way.

4. Sexual, Nude, or Adult Content

Users may not use, nor allow any third party to use, the Apps or AI features to create, upload, generate, edit, promote, or distribute:

• Pornographic content.
• Nudity or sexually explicit content.
• Sexual acts, sexual intercourse, sexual fetishes, or erotic content.
• Adult content involving real or AI-generated persons.
• Non-consensual sexual content.
• Sexual deepfakes.
• Content that removes or appears to remove clothing from a person.
• Content that exposes or emphasizes private body parts in an inappropriate way.
• Content that sexualizes any person without consent.
• Content involving incest, bestiality, sexual violence, exploitation, or coercion.
• Erotic chat, adult roleplay, or sexual conversation features.

GamesHive may block, remove, restrict, or refuse to generate any content that appears to violate this section.

5. Child Safety

GamesHive has zero tolerance for content that harms, exploits, sexualizes, abuses, or endangers children.

Users may not use, nor allow any third party to use, the Apps or AI features to:

• Create, distribute, request, promote, or possess child sexual abuse material.
• Sexualize minors or any person who appears to be under 18.
• Create sexualized content involving child-like characters, avatars, cartoons, or AI-generated minors.
• Facilitate trafficking, sextortion, grooming, or exploitation of a minor.
• Depict or promote child abuse of any form.
• Promote or facilitate inappropriate relationships involving minors.
• Use images, videos, voices, likenesses, or personal data of minors in unsafe, exploitative, misleading, or harmful ways.

Any suspected child safety violation may be reported to relevant platforms, service providers, or legal authorities.

6. Misinformation, Deception, and Impersonation

Users may not use, nor allow any third party to use, the Apps or AI features to:

• Create or spread false, deceptive, or misleading information.
• Create fake news, fake evidence, fake screenshots, fake documents, or fake official records.
• Generate misleading political, government, legal, medical, financial, or public safety content.
• Impersonate real people, celebrities, influencers, public figures, businesses, brands, or organizations without permission.
• Create fake personas, fake identities, or fake endorsements without proper disclosure.
• Generate content that falsely suggests someone said, did, supported, or endorsed something.
• Mislead viewers about whether content is AI-generated.
• Manipulate images, videos, voices, or likenesses in a way that causes confusion, reputational harm, fraud, or public deception.

Users are responsible for clearly disclosing AI-generated content where disclosure is required by law, app store policy, advertising rules, or platform guidelines.

7. Fraudulent, Abusive, or Predatory Practices

Users may not use, nor allow any third party to use, the Apps or AI features to:

• Conduct scams, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive schemes.
• Generate spam or mass unsolicited content.
• Create fake ads, fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake endorsements, or misleading promotional materials.
• Promote pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing scams, fake investment opportunities, or deceptive business models.
• Exploit vulnerable people through manipulative or abusive content.
• Create or distribute counterfeit goods, fake brand materials, or misleading product listings.
• Abuse payment systems, subscriptions, refunds, free trials, credits, coupons, or promotional offers.
• Circumvent app store payment rules, subscription rules, or platform policies.

8. Intellectual Property and Rights of Others

Users may not use the Apps or AI features to violate copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property or legal rights.

You must not upload, generate, edit, or distribute content that unlawfully copies, imitates, or misuses:

• Copyrighted images, videos, music, characters, artwork, or designs.
• Brand logos, trademarks, product names, or protected assets.
• Celebrity likenesses, influencer likenesses, or public figure identities.
• Another person's face, voice, image, video, or personal likeness without permission.
• Content from games, movies, cartoons, apps, social media, or other protected media without authorization.

GamesHive does not guarantee that AI-generated output is free from third-party rights claims. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it publicly or commercially.

9. Abuse of GamesHive Apps and AI Systems

Users may not use, nor allow any third party to use, the Apps or AI features to:

• Abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with our Apps, servers, APIs, or systems.
• Bypass safety filters, content restrictions, payment systems, usage limits, or subscription controls.
• Coordinate malicious activity across multiple accounts.
• Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, bans, credit limits, or payment limits.
• Circumvent a suspension, termination, or blocked account.
• Access features, templates, credits, or subscriptions without authorization.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized tools to manipulate the Apps.
• Resell, redistribute, or provide unauthorized access to our Apps, generated content systems, or AI tools.
• Use the Apps in unsupported territories or help others bypass regional restrictions where applicable.

10. AI Templates, Uploads, and Generated Outputs

Some GamesHive Apps may provide AI templates, filters, effects, image-to-video features, avatar tools, or creative generation presets. Users may upload photos, videos, text prompts, or other media to generate outputs based on selected templates.

You must use these features responsibly.

You may not use templates or AI tools to generate content that is sexual, nude, harmful, abusive, illegal, misleading, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited by this AUP.

GamesHive may modify, remove, restrict, or disable any AI template, generation style, prompt type, or output category if we believe it may create unsafe, inappropriate, illegal, misleading, or policy-violating content.

AI-generated outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before saving, sharing, publishing, or using them.

11. Third-Party AI Services

Some Apps and AI features may use third-party AI providers, cloud services, content moderation tools, analytics providers, payment providers, storage providers, or generation APIs.

By using AI features, you understand that your prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs, technical data, and usage data may be processed by third-party providers as necessary to provide, secure, moderate, improve, or support the Apps.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, acceptable use rules, safety systems, availability limits, and pricing. GamesHive is not responsible for third-party service downtime, failed generations, unexpected outputs, moderation decisions, or service limitations.

12. Subscriptions, Credits, and Usage Limits

Some AI features may require a subscription, in-app purchase, credit balance, token balance, free trial, premium plan, or limited usage allowance.

AI generation may fail or be blocked due to policy violations, technical issues, payment issues, third-party provider errors, unsupported content, or insufficient credits.

GamesHive may limit, reduce, delay, block, or refuse AI generations where necessary to protect users, comply with laws, prevent abuse, manage costs, or follow third-party provider rules.

Payment, subscription, refund, cancellation, credit, and billing terms may be explained separately in our Subscription Policy, app store listing, paywall screens, or in-app purchase screens.

13. Enforcement

GamesHive may investigate and take action against any suspected violation of this AUP.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Warning the user.
• Blocking prompts, uploads, or generations.
• Refusing to generate certain outputs.
• Removing or restricting content.
• Disabling AI templates or features.
• Restricting credits, subscriptions, or premium access.
• Suspending or terminating account access.
• Preventing future use of our Apps.
• Reporting illegal or harmful activity to app stores, service providers, or legal authorities where required.
• Taking legal action where appropriate.

We are not required to provide a generated result for every prompt, upload, image, video, or request.

14. Reporting and Appeals

If you believe that content created through our Apps violates this AUP, infringes your rights, or should have been blocked by our safety systems, please contact us.

If you believe that your account, subscription, credit access, or AI feature access was suspended or restricted by mistake, you may submit an appeal by contacting us.

Please include relevant details such as:

• App name.
• Device type.
• Date of the issue.
• Description of the content or generation.
• Screenshots, if available.
• Your account email, if applicable.
• Reason for your appeal or report.

15. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content made available through our Apps infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights that you own or control, please contact us at:

Please include sufficient information for us to review your complaint, including identification of the copyrighted work, details of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.

We may remove or restrict access to content that we believe infringes third-party rights.

16. Model Errors, Unsafe Outputs, and Hallucinations

AI systems may sometimes generate incorrect, unexpected, unsafe, biased, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate results. These may occur due to model limitations, user prompts, uploaded content, third-party provider behavior, or technical issues.

GamesHive may use reports to improve safety systems, disable unsafe templates, adjust moderation settings, or restrict misuse.

17. Changes to This Policy

GamesHive may update this AUP from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on our website or made available through our Apps.

Your continued use of our Apps, AI features, subscriptions, credits, or generated outputs after changes are posted means you accept the updated AUP.
