SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This Subscription Policy constitutes a legal agreement between GamesHive, its mobile applications, games, websites, AI-powered apps, and related services, collectively referred to as "GamesHive," "Company," "we," "us," or "our," and the user of our apps and services, referred to as "User," "you," or "your."

This Subscription Policy governs all subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid plans, premium features, credits, tokens, trials, and other paid services offered through our mobile applications, games, websites, or AI-powered services, collectively referred to as the "Apps" or "Services."

This Subscription Policy is subject to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, AI Acceptable Use Policy, and any other applicable policy referenced in our Apps or websites. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Subscription Policy shall have the same meaning given to them in the applicable Terms of Use.

By purchasing, starting, using, or continuing any Subscription, free trial, credit package, premium plan, or paid feature, you acknowledge and agree to this Subscription Policy.

Please read this Subscription Policy carefully. To the extent this Subscription Policy conflicts with the Terms of Use, this Subscription Policy shall take precedence with respect to subscriptions, payments, renewals, credits, cancellations, and billing matters.

We reserve the right to amend or revise this Subscription Policy from time to time at our discretion. Any changes will become effective as of the "Last Revised" date shown above. Where required by law or platform rules, we may make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Your continued use of our Apps or Services after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Subscription Policy.

1. Subscription

1.1 Free and Paid Services

Some GamesHive Apps and Services may be available free of charge, while other features may require payment. Paid features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Premium game features.
  • Ad-free experiences.
  • Subscription plans.
  • One-time in-app purchases.
  • AI video generation features.
  • AI image generation features.
  • AI templates.
  • Avatar or character generation.
  • Content editing tools.
  • Credits, tokens, or usage-based plans.
  • Premium filters, effects, exports, or downloads.
  • Additional storage, quality, resolution, or generation limits.

These paid features may be offered as one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, credit packages, trial offers, or other paid plans, collectively referred to as a "Subscription."

1.2 Subscription Availability

The specific features, prices, limitations, billing cycles, and benefits included in each Subscription plan will be displayed inside the applicable App, on the app store listing, on the paywall screen, or on our website before purchase.

We recommend reviewing all Subscription details carefully before making a purchase.

1.3 Store-Based Purchases

Most Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through third-party mobile stores, including Google Play Store and Apple App Store, collectively referred to as the "Stores."

When you purchase a Subscription through a Store, your payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund request, and invoice process may be managed by the applicable Store according to its own terms and policies.

1.4 Subscription Status

You may be able to view your current Subscription status, renewal date, billing cycle, or cancellation options through your Google Play account, Apple ID account, device settings, or the applicable Store subscription settings.

2. Trial Period

2.1 Trial Offers

From time to time, GamesHive may offer free trials, discounted trials, limited-time trials, or promotional access to certain Subscription plans, each referred to as a "Trial."

Trial availability may depend on the App, country, platform, device, user eligibility, previous trial usage, or Store rules.

2.2 Trial Start

If you are eligible for a Trial and choose to start it, your Trial period will begin when you confirm the Subscription purchase through the applicable Store or payment method.

2.3 Trial Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of the Trial period, your Trial may automatically convert into a paid Subscription at the price and billing cycle shown to you before purchase.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Trial at least 24 hours before the Trial period ends, or within the cancellation period required by the applicable Store.

2.4 Trial Changes

GamesHive reserves the right to modify, limit, cancel, or end any Trial offer at any time, subject to applicable law and Store rules.

3. Subscription Billing Cycles and Credits

3.1 Billing Cycles

Available Subscription billing cycles may include weekly, monthly, yearly, lifetime, one-time purchase, credit-based, or other plans shown to you before purchase.

The available options may vary depending on the App, platform, country, promotion, or Store.

3.2 Subscription Start

Your Subscription begins when your initial payment is processed, or immediately after the end of a Trial period if a Trial applies.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Unless clearly stated otherwise, recurring Subscriptions automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle until cancelled.

By purchasing a recurring Subscription, you authorize the applicable Store or payment provider to charge the Subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes, at each renewal period until you cancel.

3.4 Credit-Based Services

Some GamesHive Apps, especially AI-powered apps such as AI video generators, AI image generators, template-based content generators, or similar creative tools, may operate on a credit, token, coin, or usage-based model, collectively referred to as "Credits."

Credits may be used to access or generate certain AI outputs, videos, images, edits, exports, templates, or other premium results.

3.5 Credit Usage

Different actions may require different numbers of Credits. For example, generating a video may require more Credits than generating an image, using a premium template, exporting in higher quality, or performing a complex AI task.

The number of Credits required for a feature may be shown inside the App, on the paywall, near the feature, or before you confirm the generation or purchase.

3.6 Credit Balance

The number of Credits available to you may depend on your Subscription plan, one-time purchase, promotional offer, or credit package.

If your Credit balance is insufficient for a requested action, the App may block, limit, delay, or refuse the requested feature until you purchase, earn, or receive additional Credits.

3.7 Credit Expiry and Rollover

Credits may expire, reset, or renew depending on the applicable plan shown in the App.

Unless specifically stated inside the App or required by law:

  • Credits may not roll over to future billing cycles.
  • Unused Credits may expire at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Promotional Credits may expire earlier.
  • Credits may be removed if a Subscription is cancelled, refunded, reversed, terminated, or found to be abused.

If a specific App or plan allows Credit rollover, the rollover terms will be displayed inside that App or Subscription offer.

3.8 Changes to Credit Consumption

GamesHive may update Credit usage rates, generation costs, limits, or plan benefits from time to time.

Any changes will apply to future purchases, future renewals, or future usage after the effective date of the change, unless otherwise required by law or Store policy.

3.9 No Cash Value

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, gift cards, or any other form of consideration.

Credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, shared, exchanged, or transferred between users, accounts, devices, or apps unless we expressly allow it.

4. Payment Method, Taxes, and Invoices

4.1 Store Payments

Payments for Subscriptions and in-app purchases made through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or another Store are handled by the applicable Store.

GamesHive does not directly control Store billing, payment authorization, payment failure, currency conversion, tax calculation, renewal processing, refund approval, chargebacks, or invoice issuance.

4.2 Confirmation

After your payment is processed, you should receive confirmation directly from the applicable Store or payment provider.

4.3 Taxes

Subscription prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location, Store rules, and payment provider settings. Taxes may be charged by the applicable Store or payment provider.

4.4 Invoices

For invoices, receipts, or billing documents related to purchases made through a Store, please contact the applicable Store's customer support or check your Google Play or Apple account purchase history.

5. Changes to Prices and Plans

5.1 Price Changes

GamesHive reserves the right to change Subscription prices, plan benefits, Trial offers, Credit packages, feature limits, or available paid options at any time.

5.2 Application of Price Changes

Price changes may apply to new purchases, future renewals, or future billing cycles. Where required by law or Store policy, you may be notified before a price change takes effect.

5.3 Right to Cancel

If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your Subscription before the next renewal date through the applicable Store or subscription settings.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time through the Store or account where you purchased it.

If you purchased through Google Play Store, you must manage or cancel the Subscription through your Google Play account.

If you purchased through Apple App Store, you must manage or cancel the Subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

6.2 Cancel Before Renewal

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your Subscription before the renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date because Stores may process renewals in advance.

6.3 App Uninstall Does Not Cancel Subscription

Uninstalling, deleting, or stopping use of an App does not automatically cancel your Subscription.

You must cancel the Subscription through the applicable Store, payment provider, or account settings.

6.4 Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated by the applicable Store or required by law.

After the billing period ends, your access to premium features, Subscription benefits, AI tools, Credits, templates, or paid services may be limited, removed, or downgraded to free access.

Please note that we may not be able to cancel Store-managed Subscriptions directly on your behalf. You may need to cancel through Google Play, Apple App Store, or the applicable payment provider.

7. Refunds

7.1 Store Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or another Store are generally handled by the applicable Store according to its own refund policies.

GamesHive does not control whether a Store approves or rejects a refund request.

7.2 No Automatic Refunds

Cancellation of a Subscription does not automatically result in a refund.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and Store policy, no refund will be provided for:

  • Partial Subscription periods.
  • Unused premium features.
  • Unused Credits.
  • Unused AI generations.
  • Unused templates.
  • Unused exports.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal.
  • Deleting or uninstalling the App.
  • Lack of use after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result, unless required by law or Store policy.

7.3 AI Generation and Refunds

AI-generated results may vary and may not always match user expectations. AI generation may fail, be delayed, be blocked, or produce unexpected results due to user input, uploaded content, safety filters, technical errors, third-party AI provider issues, or policy restrictions.

Unless required by law or Store policy, GamesHive does not guarantee refunds for AI results that are delayed, blocked, unsuccessful, incomplete, unexpected, or unsatisfactory.

7.4 Chargebacks and Abuse

GamesHive may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to paid features, Credits, Subscriptions, or accounts in cases of suspected payment fraud, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, promotional abuse, or violation of our policies.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable, some users may have legal rights related to digital purchases or withdrawal periods.

However, when you purchase a Subscription, credit package, AI generation, digital content, or premium feature and receive immediate access to the Services, you acknowledge that you may lose or waive any statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This may apply especially where digital content, AI generations, Credits, or premium features are made available immediately after purchase.

Nothing in this Subscription Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, expires, is declined, or cannot be charged, your Subscription may not renew, or your access to premium features may be limited, suspended, or cancelled.

The applicable Store or payment provider may attempt to charge your payment method again according to its own rules.

GamesHive is not responsible for interruptions, failed renewals, loss of access, or downgrade of features caused by failed payments, expired cards, Store billing issues, or payment provider errors.

10. Feature Availability and Service Changes

GamesHive may modify, add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature, Subscription plan, Credit package, AI template, AI model, game feature, export option, or premium tool at any time.

Some features may depend on third-party AI providers, cloud services, app stores, ad networks, analytics tools, or payment providers. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, delayed, restricted, or discontinued, certain features may stop working or may be changed.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to any Subscription, AI generation feature, premium tool, or paid service.

11. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing Subscription details before purchase.
  • Understanding the billing cycle and renewal terms.
  • Cancelling before renewal if you do not want to continue.
  • Keeping your Store account and payment method updated.
  • Reviewing Credit usage before generating content.
  • Following our AI Acceptable Use Policy and other applicable policies.
  • Ensuring that your use of generated content follows applicable laws and platform rules.
